Kick off your garden loving, bread making summer with us!

Join us at Blue Heron for a brunch and bread making class, where we will not only enjoy a festive brunch buffet but channel our inner- NANCY MYERS (filmmaker of The Holiday, It’s Complicated, etc) - with a morning of fresh herbs, seasonal veg, and more to decorate your pre-made salty and savory focaccia dough.

What to Expect:

We will begin with a BYOB brunch (we’ll have all the fixings for a mimosa bar so bring a pop of bubbly if you wish!) where we will enjoy summer fare and endless cups of coffee with fellow like minded friends who love all things coastal grandma and grand-millennial (you know who you are!) Afterwards each guest will receive a pre-mixed container of fresh focaccia dough of my favorite focaccia recipe, already proofed and risen, ready to decorate in mouth watering designs, infusing fresh ingredients, herbs, and seasonings. Take your dough home to bake and enjoy when ready, or pop in the fridge to use within the next few days. On top of all that- enjoy a make-your-own bouquet, because no Nancy Myers movie would be complete without fresh baked goodies AND fresh flowers on a summer day.
